HELLO, I'M VALERIE

I am a multi-disciplined practitioner, focusing on end of life transitioning, including frequency and plant medicines. I am a faithful student of energy work, meditation and yoga.

As my life unfolded within the rich and wild surroundings of the majestic Canadian Rockies, it became evident that the essence of my medicine, soul-work and practices are deeply rooted in my union with Mother Earth and the Cosmos.

Guided by my own healing journey and leadership from powerful mentors, I strive to embody and teach heart-centered transformation in all that I do. I am dedicated to assisting individuals on their path while honoring their innate wisdom within. My mission is to support you reconnecting to Self and Source, through the unification of body, mind and soul.
