HELLO, I'M VALERIE

I am a Soul Companion and Threshold Guide, devoted to sacred transitions, including end-of-life care, frequency medicine, and plant medicine.

Rooted in the wild, expansive energy of the Canadian Rockies, my medicine flows from a deep union with Mother Earth and the cosmos.

My work is shaped by my own healing journey, the mentorship of wise teachers, and a lifelong devotion to energy work, meditation, and ceremony.

I walk beside those called to remember themselves - supporting the unification of body, mind, and soul, and reconnecting to Source through sacred presence and practice.

It is my joy and my calling to share this work, whether in intimate, one-on-one spaces or in collective gatherings.

I live in Canmore, Alberta, with my partner Warren and our two beautiful daughters, Olivia and Hazel.
