TransitionCraft is a holistic, non-medical approach to end-of-life companionship, blending therapeutic support and practical guidance with compassionate presence. It is a soul-centered collaboration between myself, and Whitney Sosnowski and Greg German of LifeCraft. Together, we bring our profound healing modalities into the final chapter of life, so that death is honoured and witnessed as a sacred initiation.​​​

TransitionCraft is a sacred container for end-of-life transformation. We walk alongside those in transition—not to fix, heal, or save, but to witness, honor, and hold.

Together, we bring our profound healing modalities into the final chapter of life, so that death is honoured and witnessed as a sacred initiation.

  • Advanced Care Planning Package: 4 hours, $528, plus GST

    • Preparing for, planning and completing your advanced care directives; in-person or video

    • Support with having conversations with health care providers

    • Support with having tender conversations with loved ones

  • Grief Care Cacao Ritual: $77/person, plus GST

    • Cacao & Drumming ritual to support those who have lost a loved one

    • Supports heart opening, reconciliation and healing

    • Minimum 4 people to a maximum of 8 people

    • 2 hours ritual time

    • 30 minute set up and clean up

    • Travel costs apply outside of Canmore, AB
